Registration will open for Pre-Comp Assessments in May 2023
Dates to be announced
We have asked coaches to encourage some of their kids to come tryout for the pre-comp teams. Assessments are open to all students (ages 4 and up).
Our Pre Comp program is a full year program, and will consist of more hours, multiple days a week. Depending on the progress of the students this could lead to some form of competition participation in 2023. For kids who thrive on being in the gym and want to be there for a more structured program learning more advanced skills.
We will be doing assessments in 15 minute time blocks . There is no cost for the assessment.

SPRING SESSION HAS BEGUN!!

Welcome Back! Important information about the Spring Session included below:Welcome to all our families! Whether you are returning, or joining us for the first time, we are so glad to have you.Classes start today for our Monday registrants and will continue through the week. It's exciting to be offering classes 7 days a week! Upon arrival for the first class, if you are new to us there are a few forms that will need to be filled out. At this time no Covid forms are required. This includes the sign-in sheet confirming that people in the building are still healthy.Insurance: All students participating are required to carry AGF Insurance. Because of the software switch we did not make it mandatory in the new system as many paid in August. If this is your first session with Fort Gymnastics since July 1, 2021, then you do need to have this insurance for each registrant ($50 per year). I will be auditing these and letting families know if it was missed - if you are unsure of your status with this, please feel free to email me. We will again be providing bins for the kids to put all of their personal belongings in during their class. Please have them put their shoes/boots on the racks. Other belongings will go in their bins. Make sure they have comfortable, tight fitting clothes free of buttons/zippers etc. Long hair should be tied back securely. All students should have a water bottle with them. We have a fill station on site but no fountain. Our downstairs viewing room is open. Please note there is still no viewing in the preschool room upstairs. All students will arrive and leave through the main door this session (no side door exits).Masks are optional. Please respect the choices and boundaries of other members.

For Purdys, create an online account using the customer #18453. PLEASE ask your friends and family to include the name of your gymnast in the "Additional Info" section of the order form. This really helps with sorting and pick up.
For bath bombs, check out the flyer and website. Ordering can be done on paper order forms, or you can directly message Mermaid Mawmas on Facebook or Instagram. Please specify the name of the gymnast and that the bath bombs are for Fort Gymnastics.
Deadline to order Mermaid Mawmas and Purdys is November 17; pick up is December 8.

Grand Opening Weekend!

October 19 was a big day for Fort Gymnastics! We had the opportunity to officially open the gym along with the City of Fort Saskatchewan and the Fort Sask Minor Spots Association. That night we hosted our 6th annual Pub Night. Thank you to everyone who attended both events, volunteered and donated. We really appreciate all of your support!
